I work 2 months on / 2 months off, which gives me time to travel, lift heavy things, buy supplements I definitely don’t need, and write this blog 🧳🏋🏻♀️📓
When I’m off the boat, I bounce between South Africa, the UK, and whatever location has sunshine, strong Wi-Fi, and cappucinos with oat milk and too much vanilla syrup ☀️📶🧋
I’m usually in gym gear, doing skincare like it’s a competitive sport, and pulling tarot cards to see if I need a nap or a personality change 🧴🔮
